3-Day Drawing Service

      For custom projects, Wilk provides a 3-day drawing service.

      After the drawing is completed, we will send it to you for confirmation. If adjustments are needed, our team will communicate with you and make revisions until the design meets your requirements.

      This helps reduce communication errors and gives you a clear view of the final bottle design before mold production begins.

Step 3: 7-Day Sampling Service

      Once the bottle drawing is confirmed, the mold-making process can begin after the mold fee is paid.

      For customized glass bottles, the mold is one of the most important parts of the entire production process.

      Our factory carefully handles mold manufacturing and finishing, including multiple rounds of grinding and adjustment, to achieve the required bottle shape and production specifications.

7-Day Sampling Service

      Wilk provides a 7-day sampling service for suitable custom projects.

      The first sample allows both sides to check:

· Bottle shape

· Dimensions

· Weight

· Glass appearance

· Details of the design

· Overall product quality

      Only after the sample is confirmed will the project proceed to mass production.

      For production orders, a 50% deposit is required after the sample and production details are confirmed.

About Glass Bottle Samples

      We understand that customers want to see and check the actual bottle before committing to a larger order.

      For eligible products, Wilk can provide glass bottle samples free of charge. Products involving complex processing or special deep-processing requirements may require additional charges.

      Simply tell us your required specifications or send us a similar product image.

If the bottle is in stock:

      We can arrange the sample shipment as quickly as possible.

If you need a customized bottle:

      We can assist with customized designs and logo-related requirements according to your project.

      For certain advanced decoration processes involving third-party suppliers, additional costs may apply, including: Electroplating · UV Printing · Engraving · 3D Printing · Offset Printing

      Any third-party processing costs will be communicated and confirmed in advance.

Step 4: Sample Confirmation

      Once you receive the sample, you can carefully inspect the product.

      If you have any concerns about the bottle shape, dimensions, design, or other details, our team will communicate with you and discuss possible adjustments.

      Sample confirmation is an important quality-control step before mass production.

      Once the mass-production stage begins, changes to the confirmed bottle structure or design may no longer be possible.

      This process helps us ensure that the final production remains consistent with the approved sample.

Step 5: Mass Production

      After the sample is approved, both sides confirm:

· Final product specifications

· Quality requirements

· Order quantity

· Final price

· Packaging requirements

· Delivery terms

      A formal contract will then be signed.

      After receiving the agreed deposit, Wilk will arrange mass production.

      During production, customers can also arrange factory inspections according to their needs.
